ALL RATES AND SITES ARE EXPECTED TO BE KEPT CLEAN AND FREE OF DEBRIS AND SHALL BE INSPECTED AT OWNERS’ DISCRETION. NO SMOKING IN OFFICE OR CABINS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Failure to pay on the 1st (monthly) will carry a $5/day late fee
All cabins have a $400 refundable breakage deposit; no smoking allowed.
Daily campsite rates:
50 AMP sites: $50 per day
30 AMP sites: $50 per day
Tents are allowed for one-night rentals only at $40 with access to bath house & electric
Weekly campsite rates:
50 AMP sites: $220
30 AMP sites: $220
Weekly includes water, Wi-Fi, sewer and electric.
Monthly campsite rates:
50 AMP sites: $530
30 AMP sites: $530
All Full Hook-Up campsites are $530 Plus Metered Electricity per month.
Premium Sites Are Also Available, Please Call For Rates and details.
Electric fees will be attached to your end of month payment. NO ONE SHALL STAY WITHOUT ADVANCE PAYMENT. Payments may be made by cash, check, major CC, Venmo and Cash App.
In the event of a “no show”, we will charge this fee if the cancellation policy is not followed.
No Campsite is held without down payment which is non-refundable in the event of not taking the site.
